Pet Dreams Return Policy
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of each and everyone of our dog beds and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pet Dreams. We gladly accept returns on unused dog bed or mat in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
If you purchased through this Web site, simply return to our warehouse at:

Include your packing list in the box or put the Invoice number from packing slip on the outside of the box so we can identify you and credit your account.
We do not credit items that are returned used, missing the original packaging or return shipping unless it is a Pet Dreams error. Please do not send returns to our NY office. NOTE: returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase.
The fastest way to exchange your dog bed is to simply place a new order and follow our return instructions.
Refunds
All refunds must be obtained through the original place of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Any beds returned that received free shipping from a special promotion will have any shipping charges deducted from refund amount.
Product Guarantee
Our dog beds and crate bedding is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If your product has manufacturing defect, we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund. We do not give refunds for damages caused by dogs.
Please email a photo of the damaged item with a copy of your receipt to info@petdreams.com. We will send you a replacement and return shipping label.
