Privacy and Security Policy

We respect your privacy and want to protect your personal information. We will never provide or sell personal information to third parties. It is our policy that your personal information, such as your name, address, email, and telephone number is private and confidential. This information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible.

Secure Ordering

All online transactions through our website are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. This means that when you enter your credit card number into our secure order form, your information goes through a highly secure encryption process which prevents any person on the Internet from seeing your information. Within just a few seconds, it reaches our credit card authorization server, is decrypted, and is quickly authorized without any human intervention. As surprising as it may seem, this process is considerably safer than turning your credit card over to a waiter in a restaurant. Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy

Pet Dreams has been a leading manufacturer of Crate Covers, Crate Pads and Pet Bedding since 1999. Our MAP Policy is intended to help maintain the value of our brand and prevent underpricing, which allows our resellers to compete fairly and maintain profitable margins. To ensure a level playing field, all resellers of Pet Dreams products must adhere to the following Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy.  International accounts must reflect pricing as translated into their local currency. This policy is being implemented unilaterally, and Pet Dreams will not invite or accept any input into how the policy will be administered or maintained.  Further, this is not an agreement, and Pet Dreams will not accept any other agreement.

1. The Minimum Advertised Price for any Pet Dreams product shall not be less than 10% below the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as published on the Pet Dreams price sheet and published on www.petdreams.com. MAP pricing is established by Pet Dreams and may be adjusted by Pet Dreams at its sole discretion. In the event that Pet Dreams raises or lowers the MSRP for any product we will notify our reseller partners in writing in advance of the change.
2. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Pet Dreams products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. Internet and any other electronic or social media marketing, including websites that can be accessed directly through any hypertext link or by any other method which uses the hypertext transfer protocol (http); search engine advertising, newsletters, e‐mail solicitations, automated response pricing e‐mails, SMS or other phone/electronic text messages, search engine optimization, banners, pop‐ups or pop‐up under ads, price comparison sites, auction functions or websites, shopping websites, shopping feed and portal sites, online display advertising, or similar electronic media, including advertisements and marketing by affiliates.
3. The MAP policy is not applicable to: 1) Any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store and not distributed to any customer(s) outside of their store. 2) Any email newsletters sent to your customer database.
4. If pricing is displayed in other than a brick and mortar retail store, any strike-through or other alteration of the Minimum Advertised Price is prohibited.
5. Unless otherwise set forth in writing by “Pet Dreams,” free shipping and handling promotions do not violate MAP.
6. Reseller shall not promote, market, advertise, offer to sell or sell any product on or through any online marketplace or auction service (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Jet, Ebay or like websites) except as may be expressly consented to by Pet Dreams in writing and in advance, and it being understood that Pet Dreams may withdraw its consent at any time.
7. E-Bay and Other Auction Web Sites Policy:
   • “Buy it Now” options must be listed at a price equal to MSRP.
   • For auctions the reserve and/or opening bids must start at MSRP without a “Buy it Now” option.
   • Best Offer Auctions Are Not Allowed
8. Pet Dreams may run a sale from time to time and in such case the MAP will be the same as the sale price on those particular items and on those particular dates. Pet Dreams will send out a notice in advance with details of the special.
9. In the event “Pet Dreams” chooses to suspend or modify MAP pricing during a given period for particular products, “Pet Dreams” will inform you in writing of said suspension/modification, specifying the period of time and affected product(s);
10. As an authorized “Pet Dreams” reseller, you are responsible for ensuring that any and all resellers that you sell to, or allow to market for sale, “Pet Dreams” products, execute a “Pet Dreams” MAP Agreement, with said executed agreement provided by you to “Pet Dreams” prior to your company conducting business with said reseller ;”
11. Resellers agree to hold all trademarks and copyrights of Pet Dreams as the property of Pet Dreams.

While “Pet Dreams” reserves the right to take all measures it deems appropriate to address violations, “Pet Dreams’” general enforcement policy regarding violations is as follows:

1. First Violation: Reseller’s account will be put on a temporary hold and a written warning provided, with the identified MAP violation to be corrected within 24-hours;
2. Second Violation: Reseller’s account to be suspended for a period of 30-days; and
3. Third Violation: Reseller’s account to be suspended indefinitely, with “Pet Dreams,” in its sole discretion, having the right to review and determine if the Reseller’s status should be reinstated, and if so on what basis;

Pet Dreams is committed to ensuring that our authorized resellers, dealers and distributors can maintain profitable margins. Minimum Advertised Pricing promotes fair competition across distribution channels and allows consumers to purchase from resellers based on loyalty and customer service. Pet Dreams reserves the right to modify or suspend this MAP policy or adjust the MAP for any product at any time. Such changes will apply equally to all resellers.
