Part Time Bookkeeper for a Growing E-commerce Pet Company!

If you’re a pro with QuickBooks and Excel with a successful track record working with consumer products and inventory, this position could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a part time, contract to hire position that requires 10-20 hours per week. We can provide more hours for someone with advanced excel skills. Our office is in beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida however this position can be worked remotely. Because you will be dealing with sensitive information, we perform both background and reference checks.

Pet Dreams has been developing innovative pet beds since 1999. Our products are sold in pet stores and many websites including amazon.com, petco.com, chewy.com, petsmart.com, petdreams.com, among others.

Our entire operation relies on Web applications and software, so in addition to being very computer savvy, we are looking for:

• 5+ years QuickBooks Experience preferably with inventory experience
• Advanced Excel Skills- v-look ups, pivot tables
• Must be reliable with a committed work ethic
• Detailed oriented and analytical by nature
• Wholesale consumer product experience a big plus
